As a Junior Product Designer at Tether, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for Keet, our groundbreaking P2P, privacy-first communication application. Working hand-in-hand with our Product Design Lead, you will contribute to every stage of the design process, ensuring our digital products are not only functional but also intuitive and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, accessible interfaces and flows for Keet across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI screens using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead to execute and iterate on new features and product enhancements.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for developers, facilitating a smooth handoff process.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing efforts to inform design decisions.
• Participate actively in design critiques, planning sessions, and asynchronous reviews.
• Occasionally assist in creating marketing or visual assets to support Keet’s branding and promotional activities.
• Deliver high-quality design work consistently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for user-centered design and a drive to innovate in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in product, UX, or UI design.
• An obsession with transforming the Keet Chat app into an exemplary user experience.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• A strong eye and deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, interaction, and usability principles.
• A solid portfolio showcasing digital product work, personal concepts, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative on tasks, coupled with the ability to work effectively with guidance.
• Comfort collaborating seamlessly with developers and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
