📄 Job Description
- Event & Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating international events from planning through execution, liaising with venues, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery, and monitoring timelines to align with event goals.
- Finance & Budget Management: Track and manage event-related expenses, process invoices, oversee vendor payments, and support budget reconciliation and reporting.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel logistics for team members, and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and event-related documentation, and maintain organized records of contracts, itineraries, and event files in shared systems.
- Internal & External Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the Global Event Manager, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance, corporate event support, or finance-related roles.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally when required for events.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
