📄 Job Description

As an Event Assistant, you will be crucial in bringing Tether’s global events to life, ensuring seamless execution and impactful experiences. This role offers unique exposure to international coordination, logistics, and financial management. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Event & Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating international events from planning through execution, liaising with venues, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery, and monitoring timelines to align with event goals.
  • Finance & Budget Management: Track and manage event-related expenses, process invoices, oversee vendor payments, and support budget reconciliation and reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel logistics for team members, and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and event-related documentation, and maintain organized records of contracts, itineraries, and event files in shared systems.
  • Internal & External Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the Global Event Manager, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and globally-minded individual. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance, corporate event support, or finance-related roles.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally when required for events.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, crucial for liaising with diverse stakeholders, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • A solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management principles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and overall strong technical savviness.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
