As our Virtual Assistant / Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our remote operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing company emails and prioritizing client inquiries for prompt and professional responses.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and organizing virtual meetings for the team.
