This is a unique, strategic role reporting directly into our Chief Product Officer, extending beyond traditional product marketing. You will own the end-to-end customer journey for our payment and digital asset products, crafting a seamless and compelling narrative from prospect interaction through to the entire in-product experience. You will bridge the gap between marketing promise and product reality, ensuring our value proposition is intuitively felt by users at every step. This includes directly managing our Product Designer to ensure the user experience and documentation perfectly align with our brand story.

📄 Job Description
- Define & Execute End-to-End Product Marketing GTM: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies covering the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition to in-product onboarding, feature adoption, and retention.
- Craft Unified Narrative & Content: Act as our master storyteller, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all product touchpoints, including marketing collateral, sales enablement, website copy, platform content, and product documentation.
- Customer Journey & Experience Ownership: Map the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for delight. Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance the core product user experience.
- Design & UX Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide our Product Designer to translate our core value proposition into an intuitive, elegant, and effective user experience, aligning UI/UX with GTM messaging.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams, acting as the primary advocate for customer experience and translating market needs into actionable strategies.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators, informing product, GTM, and in-product experience strategies.
- Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Equip sales, account management, and customer success teams with the necessary tools, training, and knowledge to effectively sell and support clients throughout their lifecycle.

- Fintech & Payments Expertise: Proven experience in product marketing within the fintech sector, with a strong understanding of banking and payments ecosystems.
- Customer-Centric with Strong Product & UX Sense: Deep empathy for the user and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, along with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles to guide a Product Designer.
- Startup/Scale-up Mindset: Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, ideally within a startup or scale-up, comfortable building processes and standards from scratch.
- Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to think strategically about the entire customer journey while also excelling at hands-on execution, from writing compelling copy to reviewing Figma mockups.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a knack for simplifying complex concepts, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, design, and commercial teams.
Desirable skills include:
- Digital Assets Expertise: Demonstrated experience and deep knowledge of the crypto and digital assets industry, including trends, products, and market dynamics.
- People Management or Mentorship Experience: Proven ability to lead and nurture creative talent, with direct management or formal mentorship experience for a designer being highly desirable.
