- Owning end-to-end design strategy from discovery through prototyping, testing, and handoff.
- Delivering high-fidelity visuals, interaction specifications, and documentation for engineers.
- Working directly with client engineers early and often to discuss feasibility, tradeoffs, and iterate on designs based on technical constraints.
- Partnering with client Product and Engineering teams to understand goals and user needs, translating objectives into compelling design solutions.
- Leading with mobile-first thinking, designing experiences optimized for mobile with thoughtful desktop and tablet considerations.
- Conducting user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Facilitating design workshops and feedback sessions with clients to build alignment across their organization.

📌 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping product design at scale, with a proven track record of owning significant product surfaces end-to-end.
- Mobile design expertise and mobile-first thinking; agency, startup, or consulting background preferred.
- Expert visual and interaction design skills with deep prototyping chops, demonstrating high craft standards and attention to detail.
- 0-1 product design experience or a strong startup background, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving fast in ambiguous environments.
- A crypto-forward mindset or the ability to quickly become proficient in web3 concepts such as onchain activity, wallets, dApps, DeFi basics, and blockchain-based services.
- Natural ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive, accessible UX for both power users and crypto newcomers.
- Strong design-to-engineer collaboration skills, experienced in detailed specification handoffs, feasibility discussions, and iterative design based on buildable solutions.
- Figma fluency with design system contribution experience, capable of building scalable frameworks that teams can maintain long-term.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence decisions through clear design rationale and align recommendations with client business goals.
- Comfort working autonomously, managing your own time effectively, and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
